Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns for delivered items.

Veuroma reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the email. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect. - Refund or Exchange Issued
